Payment & Office Policies

Cost

The cost of treatment depends on the severity of the problem. You will be able to discuss fees and payment options before treatment begins. Dr. Stewart will give you a written estimate at your initial complimentary  examination.

Fees

In an effort to keep orthodontic fees down while maintaining the highest level of professional care, we have established this financial policy:

  • Payments are made monthly over the treatment time (with no interest).
  • For your convenience we accept payment by VISA/ MASTERCARD or POSTDATED cheques.
  • If full payment is made the day treatment starts, we will offer an administrative fee discount.

    • Claim Forms

    Once diagnostic records are taken we will complete and provide you with a Standard Information Form developed and approved by the Canadian Association of Orthodontists and the Insurance Companies for national use by certified specialists in orthodontics. Be certain the Patient Identification box on the upper right corner of the form has been completed. Once this has been done, it will be your responsibility to send a copy to your Insurance Carrier or your plan administrator. NO OTHER FORM SHOULD BE NECESSARY unless there is additional treatment that would change the costs involved. Your insurance company may need you to fill out their forms to send in with your receipts.
